What you'll need

Ingredients

1 1/4oz Axia Mastiha Spirit
3/4oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/3oz Apple Liqueur
1/3oz Simple Syrup
7 Fresh Basil Leaves

STEP 1

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker filled with cubed ice and shake for 10 seconds.

STEP 2

Double fine strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with cubed ice.

STEP 3

Garnish: fresh slices of apple and a couple of the basil leaves.

¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Celery Bitters
6-7 Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, double strain into a chilled martini coupe glass, garnish with fresh mint leaf.
