What you'll need

Ingredients

1 ⅓ oz Axia Mastiha Spirit
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Celery Bitters
6-7 Fresh Mint Leaves

STEP 1

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with cubed ice and shake well.

STEP 2

Double strain into a chilled martini coupe glass.

STEP 3

Garnish: fresh mint leaf, a cucumber roll and one spray of orange blossom water.
