Dispatch time	3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday)*
Delivery time	5 working days (up to 7 for rural areas)**

*All orders are dispatched from Florida in the United States, subject to items being in stock and excluding sale periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday or last working day of the week will be processed on the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the US.

**Please note that unforeseen delays with couriers may occur. Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once items leave our warehouse.

All orders are sent with tracking.

We only ship to the United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes and any order that uses one will have to be cancelled. This is due to the necessity of an adult signature.

If you need to amend or cancel your order before it leaves our fulfillment facility, please email us at info@fullcirclecommercesolutions.com. We will do our best to action your request, however this is not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer accept returns due to federal regulations and the nature of the products being shipped.
