What you'll need

Ingredients

2 oz Axia Mastiha Spirit
3 pcs Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
A dash of White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 oz Rich Sugar Syrup
2 dash Saline Solution

STEP 1

Smash the tomatoes in shaker and shake everything together.

STEP 2

Double strain into a martini coupe glass.

STEP 3

Garnish with 2 grinds of black pepper and a fresh cherry tomato.
