What you'll need

Ingredients

50ml Axia Mastiha Spirit
100ml London Essence Ginger Beer
10ml Monin Orgeat Almond Syrup
10ml Monin Honey Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

STEP 1

Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker with cubed ice.

STEP 2

Shake and fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with London Essence Ginger Beer.

STEP 3

Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
