Birmingham Cocktail Weekend returned for its tenth year, bringing together the city’s best bars and cocktail creations for a long weekend dedicated to vibrant drinks and unforgettable experiences. As Birmingham’s largest and most celebrated cocktail festival, #BCW offered the perfect stage for the bold, new tastes shaping today’s bar scene.
This year, Axia Mastiha Spirit was thrilled to partner with Gaucho Birmingham to debut the Greek Orchard—a warm, autumnal blend of Axia, cinnamon, apple, and ginger. This cocktail invited festival-goers to savour a taste of Greece with a fall twist, pairing Axia’s distinctive extra-dry profile with the spices and fruits of the season.
Gaucho Birmingham, nestled in the lively city centre near Cathedral Square, has been serving up the finest Argentinian steaks to locals and visitors alike since 2017. Guests can enjoy premium cocktails, crafted with the same attention to quality and flair as their famous steaks, in an ambiance where the legacy of Birmingham’s industrious past meets the warmth of Argentinian hospitality.
